Ryanair vorted worst airline by UK travellers for second year

A third of people in Britain voted the Irish no-frills airline their least favourite citing giving delays, cancellations, unfriendly staff, uncomfortable seats and poor legroom as the main reasons.

US Airways was voted the least favourite airline worldwide over Ryanair. Ryanair flies 28 routes out of Glasgow Prestwick Airport to destinations including Paris, Rome and Dublin.

British Airways, which came top in the TripAdvisor survey last year, slipped to third place overall but was voted top airline by travellers outside the US.
