Aberdeen Arrivals

The arrivals area is to the right of the main concourse of the terminal building at Aberdeen Airport.

After passing through passport control follow the arrivals signs to the baggage reclaim area. Check the monitors to see which carousel your flight number is using and be careful when lifting heavy bags and suitcases. All BAA airports have free baggage trolleys for your use and plenty will be available in the reclaim hall.

If you are unlucky and your luggage does not arrive at the baggage reclaim then this is the responsibility of the airline you are travelling with. This also applies if you have left something on the aeroplane or on the bus transferring you from the aeroplane to the arrivals area. Do not leave the baggage reclaim area until you have resolved the problem. Once through passport control and customs the Aberdeen Airport taxis, Aberdeen Airport buses and Aberdeen Airport car hire facilities are immediately in front of you and are well signposted.

Passengers arriving at Aberdeen Airport can pick up a last minute gift or do some essential food shopping at Baxter's.

If you are making a flight connection at Aberdeen Airport please allow plenty of time between your flights, especially if your baggage has not been checked through to your final destination.
