The Arrivals Hall at the airport is situated  on the ground floor, where you will find the car hire companies and one food and drink outlet: Delice de France. If for any reason your luggage does not arrive on the carousel do not leave the baggage reclaim area and contact the airline you have travelled with.  Make sure you have this number with you at the start of your journey or visit our Belfast International Airport flights page.

There is an ATM (cash dispenser) in this area and also a Travelex exchange bureau.

If you would like to pray or perhaps just have a quiet moment, then there is a Quiet Room available in the Arrivals area next to the car hire desks.  It is open to everyone 24 hours/7 days a week.

The Tourist Information desk is situated in Arrivals and you should contact them for local information, including accommodation and transport.

Once through arrivals you will see the taxi rank operated by International Airport Taxis   this is the only taxi company licensed to pick up fares from the taxi rank.  You can pre-book one of these taxis or  check the Belfast International buses, Belfast International trains and Belfast International taxis sections of the website.
