Belfast International Airport is located 21km northwest of Belfast City Centre in Aldergrove. If you are driving in from Belfast, travel north on the M2 motorway, then turn off at junction 5. The airport is situated off the A57, 11km (7 miles) from junction 5. From the south and west, take the Moira junction on the M1 motorway, then the A26 and Nutts Corner junction.
Belfast International Airport shares its runways with the RAF base in Aldergrove. Over 5 million passengers (2.1% of passengers at all UK airports) travelled through the airport in 2006 (a 1.7 million increase over 2000). Belfast International is the 11th busiest airport in the UK in terms of passenger numbers and the busiest airport in Northern Ireland. It serves 47 scheduled destinations with 15 domestic services and 32 European and transatlantic services.

There is a Bureau de Change (Travelex) and cash dispensers in this area. A couple of eating and drinking outlets are also in the Departures (prior to going through security), but the majority of these are in the Departures Lounge (once through security). There isn´t a railway station connection at the Airport . However, there are connections to Belfast Central and Antrim Railway Stations from Lisburn and Londonderry areas. Belfast International Airport Parking
There are three car parks at the airport, Short Stay, Main Car Park and Long Stay. The car parks are operated by Q-Park and there are over 8,000 spaces available. Q Park is the nearest parking to the terminal building. There are several options for parking and paying. All car parks have 24 hour security.
