Make sure you know which terminal you should check in at (either terminal 1 or terminal 2). You should be able to find this out at the time of booking. Otherwise there is information upon arrival at the airport but it saves time if you go to the correct terminal building (they are not too far apart). There are 86 check in desks in total and 31 gates at Birmingham Airport. For both terminals the check-in desks are on the ground floor of the main concourse, and the departure lounges are on the first floor.

Remember that for International flights the check in time is 2 hours prior to your flight time and for domestic flights (within the UK) it is just 1 hour.

Details of your luggage allowance should be on your ticket, or if you have booked via the website then it should be on your confirmation document.

Servisair operate executive lounges in both terminals which are open every day and are available to everyone. The lounges are excellent if you need to work or want to relax before your journey. Included in the price are alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, tea, coffee, TV and music. Newspapers and magazines.

Do remember to check the screens though if you are waiting in the lounge, as there are no announcements .

There is an age restriction of 12 plus. There is no smoking and a dress code of smart/casual is in place.
