Bristol Airport Information

Toilets, including disabled and baby changing facilities, are in all areas of the terminal building and are well sign posted.

Public telephones are located throughout the terminal building.

There are two bars that have smoking areas: Brunel Bar -  before security and Bar des Voyageurs on the mezzanine level above WH Smith. All other areas of the terminal building are strictly non-smoking.

There are disabled parking bays in the Short  and Long Stay Car Parks.  Help buttons are located on the entry barriers.  The shuttle buses from the Long Stay Car Park are wheelchair friendly and will drop you at the front of the terminal building.  Disabled toilets have help buttons and there are also induction loops and braille signs throughout the terminal building.

If you  require assistance getting on and off the aircraft then you will need to confirm this when you book your ticket/holiday and again when you check in at the airport.

Internet facilities are available in both Executive Lounges which are located in the Departures Lounge which you can access once you have passed through security.

There isn´t a dedicated First Aid Room at the airport.  If you require assistance make contact with a member of Bristol Airport staff or the Information Desk.

Dogs are allowed in the terminal building. If you wish to fly your pet in or out of the UK, then you will need to check that your pet has the correct vaccinations and passport. If your pet qualifies then it will remove the need for them to spend six months in quarantine.

A service operates from the airport in Building number 300 based in the World Freight Terminal.  This is the Pet Travel Scheme (PETS) and is run by Pets On Jets.

There are two Travelex Shops (money exchange) located within the Terminal Building along with ATM cash dispensers in both the Departures and Arrivals areas.
