All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. On rentals of 5 days or longer you will required to prepay for your fuel when you collect the car eliminating the need for you to refuel the tank before you return it. The current costs range from 89p to 95p per litre.

Give yourself ample time to return your vehicle which is expected to be returned in the same condition as when it was collected. Normal wear and tear is expected.

The vehicle should be checked for damage by you and the return agent, and if there is damage, you may be required to fill out a report which you should take a copy of for any insurance and/or credit card reimbursement procedures.

If special cleaning is required a separate charge will be made directly to the customer to cover the cost and/or repair work required.
