Bristol Airport

Bristol International Airport has been one of the UK's major airports in the south-west since in was opened in 1957. It has undergone major refurbishment since then and passenger numbers have steadily increased to 5.25 million passengers a year with 85,000 aircraft movements. This is mainly due to the no frills airlines EasyJet and GO Fly. .

Building work is now underway on a new £7m expansion project with passenger facilities being overhauled to enable passengers to pass through the airport more efficiently, and the number of duty free shops and restaurants in the departure area being doubled.The expansion is expected to be completed by early next year.

The Airport is approximately 8miles south of the City Centre and is easily accessible from all areas of the country via the M5, M4 and A4.

The nearest train station to Bristol International Airport is Bristol Temple Meads, which is approximately seven miles away. There are several parking options at the airport. Book the one that suits your parking time. The Short Stay is ideal for up to 24 hours, but any longer than this and you should use one of the Long Stay Car Parks.
