The Airport Terminal Building is split into two floors, ground and first floor. The baggage reclaim/arrivals area is on the ground floor.
The Information Desk is on the first floor before you go through security. There you can obtain fax and photocopying facilities.. Telephone 0044 (0)1446 711111
Arrivals at Cardiff Airport
Money Exchange and ATM (cash dispensers) are located in both departures and arrivals areas.
There is no luggage storage or lost property desk at the airport. If you require assistance ask a member of staff or ring the bell on the Information Desk.
If you leave something on the aircraft or your luggage does not appear on the belt, then you will need to contact the ground handling agent that is contracted by your airline or your tour operator. You will find a list of these along with contact numbers on our flights web page.
Toilets offering baby changing facilities and wheelchair access are located in the arrivals
lounge and are clearly signposted.
.The taxi rank, bus stop and car hire companies are all located immediately outside the arrivals area.
