Cardiff Airport Departures

The Airport Terminal Building is split into two floors, ground and first floor with the departures are on the first floor.

The Information Desk is on the first floor before you go through security.  There you can obtain fax and photocopying facilities.. Telephone 0044 (0)1446 711111

As you enter the Terminal Building, the 25 check-in and ticket desks are directly in front of you on the ground floor. 

Remember check-in times are: International flights - check in 2 hours prior to departure; European flights - check in 2 hours prior to departure; Domestic flights - check in 1 hour prior to departure.

Boarding usually begins around 45 minutes before departure.

The shops and eating/drinking outlets are limited.  However, there is enough choice for a snack. Money Exchange and ATM (cash dispensers) are located in both departures and arrivals areas.

Toilets offering baby changing facilities and wheelchair access are located in the departures
lounge and are clearly signposted.

The executive Lounge is situated in the Departure Lounge.   This lounge is free for business class travellers.  However, if you are not travelling business class and wish to use the lounge there is a cost of 16GBP per person, per visit.

The lounge is comfortable and offers the usual business facilities such as fax, photocopier, wireless internet, TV etc.  Also included are complimentary drinks and snacks. 

The lounge is open from 5:00 am - 9:00 pm.  Dress code is smart casual and the lounge is no smoking.
