Information on Cardiff Airport
Cardiff International Airport is a strictly no smoking building.
Toilets including disabled and baby changing are available throughout the terminal building.
Public telephones are available throughout the terminal building. There are also two public internet telephones in the airport, one in the Departures Lounge and one on the first floor.
There is a Chaplaincy in the Departures Lounge, next to Burger King on the first floor.
Children's Facilities at Cardiff Airport
There is a play centre in the Departures Lounge which is sponsored by Airtours in the. There is a range of toys for children aged between 2-8 years. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult.
Disabled Facilities at Cardiff Airport
Disabled passengers and those with special needs are well catered for at the airport. The terminal building is wheelchair friendly with lifts to the first floor. The car park has dedicated parking. All toilets are wheelchair friendly.
If you require to use the ambu lift to help you onto the aircraft then you will need to confirm this when you book your flight/holiday and again mention this when you check in.
For those who are hard of hearing minicom facilities are available at the Information Desk.
Reduced height telephones are available throughout the terminal.
Guide dogs are allowed into the terminal building.

There is wireless facility in the Executive Lounge in the Departures Lounge area once you are through security.
Medical Facilities at Cardiff Airport
There is no dedicated first aid room at Cardiff Airport. If you require assistance, contact a member of staff or the Information Desk.
Pets Travelling from Cardiff Airport
Only guide dogs are allowed in the terminal building.
If you wish to travel with your pet then you will need to contact your airline.
If you wish to fly your pet in or out of the UK, then you will need to check that your pet has the correct vaccinations and passport. If your pet qualifies then it will remove the need for them to spend six months in quarantine.
A service operates from the airport in Building number 300 based in the World Freight Terminal. This is the Pet Travel Scheme (PETS) and is run by Pets On Jets.

Money Changing Facilities at Cardiff Airport
There are two bureaux de change located in the terminal building. One on the first floor of the terminal building and one in the arrivals area.
