There is no Budget desk at the airport and you must phone to confirm arrival so that a representative will meet you at the airport at the arrival gate. He or she will be wearing Budget uniform.
Flight number, credit card and a contact telephone number are all mandatory for reservations to be accepted.
A fee of £20.00 will be charged where a customer does not show for a confirmed booking. If a booking is cancelled with more than 12 hours notice no fee will be applied.
When renting a car with Budget all named drivers must hold a full, clean and valid drivers licence which is valid for the country of use (an international licence is recommended) and which has been held for a minimum of one year. Holders of the new UK two-part driving licence are required to produce both parts.
Hire cars are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank, otherwise refueling charges will apply. There is a refueling Service Charge of £5.29 inclusive of TAX which applies to vehicles that are not returned full. Fuel is charged at normal pump price plus VAT.
