Durham Tees Valley Airport Departures

The terminal building is very small so it is easy to find your way around.  There is not a lot of choice in the way of shops and cafes but you can buy hot and cold food, snacks and sandwiches and there is a bar prior to going through to security and one after that sells pub food.  There is a duty and tax free shop in the departures lounge, after security and a WH Smith for the usual books, magazines and sweets for your trip.

As you enter the terminal building you arrive in the main concourse which is where the check in desks are located. Remember the check in times: Scheduled flights (flight only) are 2 hours prior to your travel time; Charter flights (package holidays) are 3 hours prior to your travel time but may vary.  Check with your travel company/tour operator.

The ticket sales desks are also in the main concourse. You must keep a check on the flight monitors as announcements for flight departures are not made.
