East Midlands Airport Information

The information desk is situated in the main terminal building. Their telephone number is 0044 (0) 1332 852 852. 

There is a family area in the departure lounge near to Pizza Hut Express on the first floor and a nursing parents' room on the first floor in the Departures lounge and one in the Arrivals hall.

If you require porter assistance or wish to hire a wheelchair, please contact the information desk on 0044 (0) 1332 852 852.  There are disabled toilets throughout the airport.  A lift is also available and there is a lowered phone in the departure lounge opposite Gate 9. 

Wheelchair accessible taxis can be booked and if you are going to require the use of an ambulift for boarding the aeroplane don´t forget to mention this when you book your flight or holiday.  It is also worth mentioning that you have booked this service when you check in.

There are two internet kiosks at the airport; one next to Costa Coffee in the arrivals area and one (with four positions) in the departure lounge on the first floor at the top of the stairs.  The airport is enabled with T-Mobile and is fully Wi-Fi (wireless).  The Servisair/Globeground Executive Lounge on the first floor of the departure  lounge also has connection points.  Obviously, you can´t use these unless you are using the lounge.

If you need to use a first aid room there is one available for customers.  You will need to contact the information desk who will be able to organise this for you.
