Humberside Airport Information

If you have any queries at all you will need to contact the Information Desk which is in the terminal building, immediately to your left as you enter the building.

The inside of the Terminal Building is strictly a no smoking area.  However, you can smoke outside (before going through security) and in the Departures Lounge opposite the bar area there is a smoking area.

There is a children’s play area near to the arrivals area.  Turn left when entering the building and the play area is on your left.  This area is not supervised by staff so children must be accompanied at all times.

Toilets throughout the terminal building are available for disabled/wheelchair access and baby changing facilities.

Humberside Airport is well equipped for passengers who require special assistance. The car park offers disabled parking bays in the short stay car park which is a few minutes walk to the terminal building.

In the car park you will find help points which contact you to the Information Desk.  They can help you with your luggage or supply you with a wheelchair if required.  Wheelchairs are available throughout the airport.

If you are going to need assistance boarding the aeroplane, you will need to confirm this when you are booking your flight/holiday and again when you check in.

All toilets in the airport have a disabled toilet and are wheelchair friendly. Check the following website for further help: www.flying with disability.org

If you are using the Executive Lounge you will find internet connection points here.  Also the airport does have Wi Fi if your laptop is compatible.

There is a room available if you need to use it for any medical treatments.  The first aid room is not staffed, and if you need to use this room for privacy then contact the Information Desk.

Assistance/guide dogs are allowed in the terminal building.  For information on travelling with your dog/pet see the useful contacts below.  Also, check that your airline takes pets.
