Humberside Airport is 21km from Hull and 18.5km west of Grimsby in North Lincolnshire.   The airport is easily accessible by car, and is on the A18 motorway, which is just 3 miles from junction 5 of the M180.  There are good connections via the Humber Bridge, M18, M62, M1 and A1.

It is small international airport which acts a hub for charter flights in the area. Work on a new helicopter support unit for Humberside Police began at Humberside Airport in June. This is designed to allow police helicopters to access the surrounding area of Humberside quickly and easily.

There is no station or rail connection at Humberside Airport, but Barnetby Railway Station is approximately 3 miles away.  From here you can make a connection to Doncaster and from Doncaster to other parts of the UK including London. There are several options for parking at the airport.  All car parks are only a short walking distance to the Terminal Building. There is no lost property desk at the airport.  If you have mislaid property within the terminal building contact the Information Desk.  If you have left property on the airline, you will need to contact the airline you have travelled with - details of which can be found on the flights page of this website. If your luggage does not arrive on the baggage reclaim belt, do not leave that area without speaking to a member of staff first.

There is no a luggage storage/left luggage facility at the airport.
