Leeds Airport Information

The Information Desk is situated in the Main Concourse of the terminal building at Leeds Bradford Airport. They can help with general enquiries, including lost property, lost/left luggage, accommodation etc. Telephone 0044 (0)133 250 9696

The airport is predominantly a non-smoking one.  However, there is a smoking area available in Yates Bar, which is in the departures lounge on the first floor.

There is a play area in the departures lounge, first floor.  Please note that this area is unsupervised so you are responsible for your child/children at all times.

There is a prayer room in the departures lounge, first floor which is available to all faiths.

Make sure you inform the airline of any special requirements that you may need for your journey.  These can then be passed on to the airport and  ground agent.

For disabled parking use the short stay car park.  You cannot pre-book this car park.  Once you have parked  in the specific bays for blue badge holders, (displaying your disabled badge inside your windscreen), proceed to the Information Desk inside the terminal building.  They will tell you how to make your payment. If you need assistance to the terminal building there is an intercom within the car park. Lifts are available in the terminal building and disabled toilets are available on all floors within the terminal building.

If you require a wheelchair, ramps and ambulift into the aircraft, or any other assistance such as special needs,  you will need to pre-book this with your ground handling agent as follows:

There are internet facilities in the Executive Lounge which is situated in the departures lounge, once you are through passport control and security.  To use this lounge you either need to pre-book or you may book on the day for around 14 pounds, but only if there is availability.  WiFi, telephones and fax facilities are available.  Check our departures guideline for contact numbers.

There is WiFi facility for those using lap tops.  Giving you the freedom to surf the net anywhere in the terminal building

There are tour Travelex kiosks located within the terminal building.  Travelex will cash personal cheques (there is a charge for this) and only up to the amount on your bank card. There are 3 ATM points within the terminal building: main arrivals area opposite O´Briens,  next to the Travelex kiosk in the departures area and in the departure concourse.
