All the ticket desks are situated opposite the check in desks on the main concourse. These include: Servisair (for easyJet, Ryanair & Flybe) and Flight Support (for Euromanx, VLM Airlines and Wizz Air). A Desk for Thomson is also located here.

The flight information display screens are located on the main concourse and indicate the check-in times for your flight. Check-in times for Air Malta, easyJet, Euromanx, Flybe, Ryanair, VLM and Wizz Air range from 2hrs to 40 mins before departure. Flight tickets and passports/photographic ID will be checked, "hold" baggage weighed and labelled and a boarding card issued.

You need a boarding card to proceed through security points and when purchasing goods from the tax and duty-free shop. You will also need your passport and boarding card when boarding the aircraft at the gate indicated.

You can pre-book the Halewood International Executive Lounge which is open seven days a week from 05.30am to 8.00pm to all passengers. It offer comfortable seating in a relaxed atmosphere with complimentary newspapers, food and beverages including tea/coffee, soft drinks and a range of alcoholic beverages. There is also an 'Internet Zone' with office-style desks and chairs, laptop connections and payphone facilities.
