London City Airport Information

There is no smoking throughout the airport.  There are designated areas outside of the airport building, but once you go through security into the departures lounge you cannot go outside.

There are plenty of public toilets throughout both terminals, including those for disabled, wheelchair access and baby changing facilities.

Public telephones, which are operated by coins, credit cards and phonecards are available throughout both terminals.

There is not a dedicated first aid room at the airport.  However, if you require assistance go to the information desk or speak to a member of staff.

There are good facilities throughout the airport and all areas of the terminal building are easily accessible for both walking and wheelchairs.

If you require assistance boarding the aeroplane then make sure you book or confirm this at the time of booking your ticket and again confirm this when you check in.

Disabled parking bays are available in the car park next to the terminal building.

Payment is made at Bewleys and you will be charged £1 per minute but access to the airport website is free.

Wireless (WiFi) is accessible if your laptop is compatible, via Swisscom for a fixed fee.

Barclays operate 2 cash points at the airport next to the Travelex on the ground floor.
There are also cash points in the Arrivals Hall and in the Departures Lounge which are operated by Alliance and Leicester.
