London City Airport Luggage

If you have lost property within the terminal building report this immediately at the information desk.The lost property room is past the check in area on the main concourse, security zone  A.

The lost Property Service is in the South Terminal and this is the only one in the airport.  The service is run by the Excess Baggage Company.They are open from 08.00 to 19.00 Monday to Saturday and 08.00 to 16.00 Sunday. There will be a charge made for each item.

However, if you have lost or left property on the aeroplane, you will need to contact the airline you travelled with.

If you have lost luggage within the terminal building, contact the information desk immediately.  If luggage is lost during transit and does not arrive on the baggage reclaim belt, do not leave the arrivals area.  Contact the airline you have travelled with or their ground handling agent.

You have a small ticket attached to your passport this is your luggage identification tag that corresponds to your luggage.

You can store luggage at the airport. There is a charge for items left which is £2 for each item you wish to store.  This charge is for 24 hours only.
