Once you´ve disembarked from your flight, gone through security and into the baggage reclaim hall, check
the screen to see which belt your luggage will be on. If your luggage
does not appear on the belt, you will need to contact either the
airline you travelled with or their ground handling agent.
Do not leave this area. If you are unsure speak to a member
of staff.
There is a meeting point near the BAA Information Desk in International Arrivals, if someone is coming to pick you up when you arrive.

Arrivals at London Gatwick Airport
If you wish to have a shower when you arrive then this is available. Look for the shower head symbol signposts. Go to the BAA Information Desk where staff can show you the nearest location. You can also hire a towel and soap.
Local buses are available outside arrivals as is the taxi rank. The train station is located in the South Terminal. Check the bus and coaches web page and the train web page for full details.
The car hire building which is on the Lower Forecourt Road is open 24 hours/7 days.
National Express and the Oxford Bus Company operate from the upper terminal forecourt in the South Terminal.
