London Heathrow Airport Lost Property
The lost property service in all four terminals is run by the Excess Baggage Company. Telephone 0044 (0)208 745 7727
Opening Times Monday to Saturday 08.00 to 19.00 hours: Sunday 08.00 to 16.00 hours
This service is for items lost within the airport complex. This does not include luggage lost in transit or items left on the aeroplane. There is a small charge for each item.
London Heathrow Airport Lost Luggage
If you have left property on the aeroplane then you will need to contact the airline you travelled with. However, if your luggage does not arrive on the reclaim belt you need to contact the airline or their ground handling agent. Do not leave the baggage reclaim area before you have resolved the problem.
The small ticket attached to your passport is to identify your luggage so you will need to show this and give a description of the luggage missing.

This is also operated by the Excess Baggage Company in each of the terminals.
