London Luton Airport Taxis
There are four taxi companies licensed to operate from the airport and use the taxi rank. The taxi rank is located in the drop off zone immediately outside the terminal building.
Alpha and Luton Taxi fares will cost around £6 for the 10-15 minute journey into the centre of Luton or £65-70 to Central London (which will take around one hour depending on traffic).
A Blueback is a taxi with a few extras including free refrigerated Blueback spring water, Nokia chargers and a daily newspaper. There is a Blueback desk in arrivals where they can be booked. Costs to Central London are around £70.
Cabco fares are around £65 to London city centre, £40 to Milton Keynes, £55 to Heathrow and £95 to Gatwick Airport.
