Toilets, including those for disabled/wheelchair access and baby changing facilities are available throughout the airport and are well signposted.

Telephones are available throughout the airport.  Look for the sympathetic ear sign for those fitted with induction loops for the hard of hearing.

As it is some distance to the boarding gates there is a transit train that runs to connect you from the departures lounge and again to arrivals on your return.  These trains are wheelchair friendly.

Reserved seating is also available throughout the terminal building.

Guide dogs and hearing assistance dogs are the only pets allowed into the airport.  Obviously, first of all check that the airline you are going to book with offers the service of transferring pets.

If you wish to fly your pet in or out of the UK, then you will need to check that your pet has the correct vaccinations and passport. If your pet qualifies then it will remove the need for them to spend six months in quarantine.

There isn't a dedicated first aid room.  If you require assistance, contact the Information Desk by using one of the courtesy telephones or a member of staff.

There are several money exchange bureaus within the terminal building and also ATM (Cash dispensing machines).
