The terminal building at Newcastle International Airport is split on to 2 floors with check in and arrivals are on the ground floor.
Remember check-in times are:
International flights - check in 2 hours prior to departure; European flights - check in 2 hours prior to departure; Domestic flights - check in 1 hour prior to departure.
Boarding usually begins around 45 minutes before departure.
There are plenty of toilets including those for the disabled situated throughout the terminal building. Baby changing facilities are available next to the toilets and are well signposted.
Two executive lounges are available within the departures lounge the one operated by Servisair, the Cheviot Lounge, is open to all travellers and can be either pre booked or you can pay on the day if there is availability.
The British Airways Lounge is for travellers carrying certain cards or tickets.
