Norwich Airport Information
18 million pounds is being invested in Norwich Airport and to subsidise this the airport has brought in an ADF (airport development fee). This fee is £3 for adults and £1 for children (those under 2 will not be charged). This payment will be made on ticket machines which have been installed and are being run by NCP.
Norwich Airport have a separate area set aside in the departure lounge for video games and amusements to provide entertainment while you or your family wait for your flight as well as a TV.

Disabled Facilities at Norwich Airport
As the airport terminal building is all on one level this makes easy access for travellers with disabilities and wheelchair access. There is disabled parking immediately opposite the terminal building.
Disabled toilets are available both pre security and after in the departures lounge. If you are going to need any assistance at all, then you will need to make this known to a member of staff immediately. Alternatively, it is always a good idea to pre book this when you book your ticket. Especially if you will require help boarding the aeroplane.
Internet Facilities at Norwich Airport
For business passengers travelling through Norwich Airport there is an executive lounge which offer complimentary light refreshments, alcoholic beverages, newspapers and magazines. If you need to continue with your daily business thee are computer work stations with free Internet access, e-mail, telephone and fax facilities.

Pet Travel at Norwich Airport
Check first that the airline you are flying with accepts pets.
If you wish to fly your pet in or out of the UK, then you will need to check that your pet has the correct vaccinations and passport. If your pet qualifies then it will remove the need for them to spend six months in quarantine.
