Southampton Airport Trains

There is a train terminal at the airport called Southampton Airport Parkway Train Station. It is just 50 metres from the terminal and has two platforms: one is on the western side with the line running in the northern direction via Winchester, Basingstoke,Woking and Clapham Junction and London Waterloo.. The other is on the eastern side with the line running in the southern direction towards Southampton, Bournemouth and Weymouth.

Trains run every 10-20 mins from 06:13-01:25. The fare is £1.90 for the 10 minute journey to Southampton City Centre. London Waterloo is an hour's journey, Bournemouth 30 minutes and Winchester is 10 minutes. The station has links to Reading, Oxford, Coventry, Birmingham Airport, Birmingham, Manchester & Glasgow.

South West Trains operate up to three trains per hour between London Waterloo, Winchester and Southampton Airport with up to three direct services to Bournemouth, two to Poole and Wareham and hourly to Weymouth and most intermediate stations.

Virgin Train Services link Southampton Airport (Parkway) with the Midlands, North West and North East England and Scotland.
